We are exploring partnerships with 5–7 local Pakistani wholesalers. This private store demonstrates product presentation, order review and a proposed fulfilment process.

Proposed division of work

The store would manage listings, customer confirmation and order coordination. Each supplier agreement must specify stock updates, wholesale prices, dispatch preparation, packaging, delivery responsibility, returns and COD settlement.

Start with a small pilot

Agree a verified product shortlist, sample quality check, prices and images, availability-update schedule, courier process, return rules and reconciliation format. No exclusivity, guaranteed volume or payment commitment is implied.
